We are so sorry. We have never had that happen before. Honestly, we were just sending something fun as a thank you for ordering from us. The Saks come in a protective plastic covering so we are hoping it was only on the plastic. We are sorry that a package of hot chocolate led to a 2 star review

This this is amazing! It’s cozy and great quality. The first game I wore it the moms were asking what it was and where I got it. The bag it came in is so handy too. This is so handy for football and I know I’ll use it for spring baseball. Thank you for providing such a great product.
