You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 10 calendar days of delivery of your product. Return process must be started within 10 days of delivery of the product.

We also offer free exchanges. The return or exchange process must be started within 10 days of delivery of the product.

After the 10-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two days after receiving it to make sure it fits their expectations.
