Open Faced Enchilada Casserole

This recipe is one that is a fan favorite. It's so easy to make and fast too.

Ingredients
1.5 hamburger meat
2 Tbsp Chili Powder
2 Tbsp Cumin
2 Tbsp paparika
1 Tbsp Garlic salt
1 Tbsp onion powder
15-20 Corn Tortillas
1 can green enchilada sauce
1 can red enchilada sauce
Shredded cheddar cheese
1 can corn
1 can ranch style beans
Directions
Cook hamburger meat. Add all dry ingredients and cook until done.
Spray pan so that it doesn’t stick
Add 6 corn tortillas to bottom of pan
Add layer of meat, beans and corn
Cover with cheese
Cover first layer of mixture with 6 more tortillas
Mix red and green enchilada sauce in a bowl
Pour ⅓ of sauce over tortillas
Continue layering the same say 2 more times
Cover the final layer of tortillas with cheese
Cook on 400 for 30 minutes

Recipe Note
This recipe is even better the 2nd day. I make it when I meal prep and cut it into squares and put it in containers that my family can grab for lunch or dinner.
