Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs beef chuck roast
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 8-10 slider buns
  • 8-10 slices sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions:

1️⃣ Prep & Cook: Place the beef in the slow cooker. Sprinkle with au jus mix, ranch seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and pour in the beef broth. Cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours, until the beef is tender and shreds easily.
2️⃣ Shred & Melt: Shred the beef and mix it with the juices in the slow cooker. Layer shredded beef onto slider buns, top with cheddar cheese, and place under the broiler for 2-3 minutes until melty.
3️⃣ Serve & Enjoy: Pair with a side of fries, veggies, or coleslaw for an easy, satisfying meal!
