Hey Sports Moms! 👋
We know life is non-stop—between practices, school runs, and trying to squeeze in a little “me time,” dinner can often feel like one more thing on the never-ending to-do list. That’s why this week’s Meal Monday is here to make things easier for you with a meal that’s simple, delicious, and sure to be a family favorite: Sheet Pan BBQ Chicken and Roasted Potatoes!
Girl, can I just get personal for a minute? Dinner time at the Frazier household is frustrating. I have every intention every week to meal prep for the week and honestly, it rarely gets done. Can you relate?
I finally decided to give myself some grace and look for simple meals that are nutritious and easy to cook. This one-pan wonder is perfect for those busy nights when you’re juggling practice schedules, homework, and everything in between. Plus, cleanup is a breeze (because who has time for a pile of dishes?).
Do you have a hard time giving yourself grace sometimes? UGH, its so hard, isn't it? Well, I hope you try the recipe and love it. If you do, let me know.
