We are always looking for great ideas to feed our family of athletes.  Smoothies happen to be one of our favorites, especially in the summer!  We found this recipe at NourishNutritionBlog.com.  We loved it and hope you will too.  Our favorite berry mix to use is a mix of blueberries, black berries and strawberries, but you can get as creative as you want with it!
