1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, sliced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Optional: fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Add the potatoes to the bottom of the crockpot. Place the steak bites on top.
-
Seasoning:
Sprinkle the Lipton Onion Soup Mix and Au Jus gravy mix evenly over the steak and potatoes.
-
Butter & Sauce:
Top with the slices of butter and drizzle Worcestershire sauce across the top. Add black pepper to taste.
-
Cook:
Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the steak is tender and the potatoes are fork-soft.
-
Serve:
Give everything a gentle toss to coat. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve with warm rolls or a side salad!
Tips:
You can swap in mushrooms or onions for extra veggies.
This makes amazing leftovers and reheats beautifully.
